Italy, Grado, Isola RAVAIARINA

This island is known as “the fishing valley” and its history began when the ancient Romans from Aquileia started living there.

It is located in the lagoon of Grado and has its own small harbour from where you can reach the open sea and it is far 54 nautical miles from Venice, 17 from Trieste, 19 from Koper (SLO) and only 114 from Rimini.

At the end of the Nineties the buildings on the island were completely restored and the main one was adapted and furnished for a holiday farm. Now the island has got all the licences for fishing, agricotural, refreshment and accomodation activities. There are fresh water well, electric current and telephone line. It has a private extension of 50 hectares.

The four buildings are allocated for restorative and accomodation use for total 827 square meters; while the main building is ready to use, the other three ones are still to be completed and furnished.

The island with its buidings and facilities is an ideal place not only for private events or conferences but also for who wants to live private and dreaming moments in a beautiful and emotional place.

It is a good starting point for excursions throughout the Adriatic sea and to the romantic Croatian islands.
